Led a team of 6 students as project manager on a business analysis (MOA) consulting engagement for BeBlood, a medical biology group with 12,000 employees across 5 European countries: a 3-year HRIS transformation strategy built around Oracle HCM, including needs analysis and financial modeling (ROI). This project strengthened my skills in project team leadership, stakeholder management, and communication with a CIO-level decision-maker in a real-world context.
