Overview
Two-semester design of an Internal Developer Platform: a self-service portal (web UI, CLI and documentation) that lets teams create an isolated project in a dedicated Kubernetes namespace, provision services (databases, queues, buckets), deploy continuously with tracking and rollback through ArgoCD, and monitor logs, alerts and costs. The foundation spans multi-cloud infrastructure (2 public clouds and 1 private IaaS cloud), identity and access (Keycloak, per-namespace RBAC), observability (Prometheus, Grafana) and AI agents integrated under a dedicated governance model.
Highlights
- 01Self-service portal: web UI, CLI and documentation
- 02One Kubernetes namespace per project, RBAC through Keycloak
- 03Continuous deployment with tracking and rollback via ArgoCD
- 04First milestone delivered on AWS EKS (Paris), provisioned with Terraform
- 053-layer FinOps chargeback model (Fixed Base / Shared Variable / Dedicated Variable) measured per namespace
